Understanding the situational context of how to use tactical abilities is the corner stone for making loadouts in TitanFall. Below there is a video that describe each one from gamer/developer arCtiCvBi.







A loadout should be tailored to your unique playstyle(1st) and whatever role your playing for your team(2nd). Be it offense, defense, or slaying (all purpose) the ability to adapt to the circumstance of the match is what wins the battle. Here are a few of my pilot loadouts to serve as examples.

  • C.A.R.SMG with HCOG and COUNTERWEIGHT
  • SIDEWINDER
  • B3 WINGMAN
  • STIM
  • ARC GRENADE
  • POWERCELL
  • WARPFALL TRANSMITTER


  • EVA-8 SHOTGUN with HIGH CAPACITY DRUM
  • MAG LAUNCHER

  • ENHANCED PARKOUR KIT
  • WARPFALL TRANSMIITEE


  • LONGBOW-DMR SNIPER with 4.5X ZOOM SCOPE and the STABILIZER

  • ACTIVE RADAR PULSE
  • SATCHEL CHARGE
  • QUICK RELOAD KIT

There is another layer to Titanfalls gameplay that is added when burn cards are thrown into the mix. More specifically echo vision, adrenaline transfusion, and ghost squad which permanently give you a tactical ability in addition to what's in your loadout. Those cards are rare, but as you progress through the generations they more and more common. I'll be showing how to use them in conjunction with your loadouts in this weeks Titanfall: Ascension stream.

For anyone who is having issues with using the PLASMA RAILGUN in order meet the requirements for Gen.4 try pop shot'n. A pop shot is performed by hold the aim button(left trigger) for a few seconds just long enough to focus your aim to fire. I used INSTANT SHOT to help complete that challenge.
